Doktouri started by scratching our own itch. We set out to build an AI healthcare product — Doktouri — and immediately ran into the parts of AI most teams route around: speech recognition for Gulf-Arabic, models that stay accurate inside a clinic, systems that have to hold up at 2am. We didn't outsource the hard parts. We built them, in-house.

That product is live today and used by clinicians every day. Along the way we shipped one of the best Gulf-Arabic medical ASR models we know of (Healnapse), an AI WhatsApp sales agent now used by 200+ businesses (Wakil), an agentic content engine (MediaOps), and software trusted by a government (Baladiya).

The through-line: we go deepest where it's hard — custom models, agentic systems, and speech — and we ship the whole product around it. Most agencies say they "do AI"; they mean they can hook up an API. We build the models, run them in production, and take responsibility when it's 2am. That's the standard we bring to your build — with the receipts to prove it.
